If you are not 100% satisfied. If you don’t ride faster. You get your money back.
It really is that simple. It makes starting one of our programmes a total no-brainer, as it is 100% risk free.
Terms and Conditions:
Proof of purchase must be provided.
You should contact The Strength Factory via email, not on social media or other messaging apps.
For subscription based programmes, you will only be refunded the most recent month’s payment.
If you purchased an annual subscription, then the refund will be given on a pro-rata basis, including the previous month.
For programmes with a one off payment you must claim your refund within 8 weeks of purchase.
I will respond and initiate the refund process within 5 working days. For refunds through the TrainHeroic app, it usually takes 1-2 weeks for them to process and for you to receive funds.
As part of this process, I welcome your feedback and suggestions for how I can improve the online training that I offer.
